President-select Bush’s state of the union speech is a topic that deserves great attention for various reasons. It is because of this that I will be posting several times on this topic.
Let us start out with the basics…
Here is the full text of the speech.
Read it. Digest it, and don’t be afraid to laugh out loud. As I wrote in my personal blog yesterday:
“What I witnessed tonight was a speech filled with misinformation, half-truths and outright lies. Not only did the president-select come across as very hypocritical but he also had nothing to say in defense of his actions. Anyone who, for example, believes that Bush is really interested in alternative sources of fuel needs to have a very serious reality check.”
