Not only are the Chinese leaders in the movement for governmental use of open source software, but they are also miles ahead when it comes to music piracy. They have faced the reality that piracy cannot be eliminated. Instead of fighting pirates they have taken to only release songs to radio stations or only market singles instead of full albums.
