Bush and his percieved liberty to declare war at will

MSN’s Slate has an interesting new article on George Bush’s newest illegal war. It deals with the fact that Bush’s doctrine of pre-emptive attacks sets a dangerious precedent in that it is a situation in which “the president can start a war against anyone at any time, and no one has the right to stop him.”
