Congress this week joined the US administration in threatening Syria over its alleged alliances with terrorist groups and development of weapons of mass destruction. Even though most politicians have shied away from admitting to envisioning an occupation of Syria, it has become clear from their actions that Syria could well be the next candidate for an illegal invasion. It seems that North Korea and especially Israel have some sorts of exclusive rights to discussion with the US government (vs. being attacked).
