Sen. John Kerry once again won by a large margin in today’s primary races. In both Michigan and Washington he got nearly half of all the votes.
The surprising result this time was Kucinich getting third place in Washington. Although that isn’t surprising considering the state’s large true left wing population, it was still good to see that Kucinich could pull off something like that.
Howard Dean, meanwhile, has said that he would accept the nomination for Vice President should he not win the nomination for President. This would be ideal in a sense that he has more political experience than Edwards and Clark combined and could perhaps keep Kerry’s right wing tendencies in check to a certain extent.
