US-VISIT expanded

The Department of Homeland Security has announced that as of September 30, 2004, all visitors to the US that are citizens of all member states of the visa waiver program will be fingerprinted and photographed as well upon entry into the United States.

I am happy to see that despite US-VISIT’s controversial nature, it is now finally fair and does not discriminate against people who have already passed sufficient background checks.
