In a post to their official website, Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio announced earlier this week that the band were going to part ways for good after their tour this summer.
The reasons for the split are unfortunately not as unique and special as Phish’s career has been. The band has named the standard “wanting to move on with life” excuse as a reason. The band could have definitely gone to another level.
