Unilateral praise for Reagan

Since the passing of former President Ronald Reagan, several mostly online sources, such as consortium news, have commented on the slanted coverage the mainstream media have given the life and career of Reagan. They have correctly pointed out that there has been nothing but praise in most media.

While I would never jump in joy over his death, as some on the extreme left have done, as I consider that unAmerican, I do agree with CN about the abscence of fair criticism.

Any President deserves respect in life and death simply because of the office he occupies but should never be above and beyond criticism.
