Pledge of Allegiance to remain religious

The US Supreme Court ruled today that the Pledge of Allegiance was to remain religious by not undoing the change that was made to the pledge in 1954. This looks like further proof of the clout of the Christian right to me.

On the upside, the Michigan Supreme Court ruled on Friday that reverse discrimination cases should not be harder to argue than traditional discrimination cases. I am glad to see that finally a court has aknowledged the existence of this phenomenon.
