Anti-American sentiments rampant abroad

A new BBC World Service poll has found that anti-Americanism appears to be very popular outside the US. What’s even worse is that most of those polled are unable to distinguish between a country’s people and and its President: As the vast majority of them disapprove of President Bush’s policies, they are foolishly assuming that Americans must be just as bad.

If the results of this poll are indeed representative of the true magnitude of the America hating nitwit crowd abroad, then this essentially constitutes praise for the American media. If allegedly more objective foreign media can’t spread a more complete truth about our nation, then our media must be doing a pretty good job.
