Now that’s a state I’d support: The South Dakota state senate approved legislation that, if passed, would ban all abortions except for cases where a woman’s life is in danger.
I hope that this will move on to the Supreme Court and finally move to curb or repeal Roe vs. Wade. South Dakota should be free to ban abortions if a majority of their citizens feel they don’t want such crimes to occur in their state.
