And we’re in the headlines again, but this time it’s more serious. Power has been out for many for over 24 hours and even the water supply has been degraded to critical condition.
We’re managing, though, and power may be coming back on already now, so the rest should follow soon. As one of our own , Johnny Recznik of the Goo Goo Dolls said a few years back, Buffalo is indeed the toughest city in America.
I’m writing this from the UB campus, by the way, where power never went out as we are on a seperate circuit from the surrounding area.
