Talk about a travesty of justice… If Libby is guilty, Bill Clinton should have gotten a life sentence without parole.
Plame was not a CIA operative anymore when she was lent attention, so there was no one to “out”. Libby is basically the fall guy for mistakes made much more by former Ambassador Wilson than anyone other than Libby. It would also be interesting to see which party those jurors are registered with and what kind of bias the people who selected them have.
Thanks to the media, Libby has been guilty until proven innocent from day one. I hope President Bush will end this circus by pardoning Libby very soon.
