So they’ve actually passed the “Hey everybody, America is a weak coward!” act… 
Those senators really have no stamina. Not that this bill will do much beyond get vetoed though… The version that will become law will probably be so full of loopholes it’ll put even a quarter pound of Emmentaler to shame.
